Armada have kept their gin simple, yet extremely delicious. Rather than overload it unnecessarily with an extreme number of botanicals, Armada instead gathered a blend of 4 simple botanicals consisting of juniper, coriander, licorice and angelica root. They then carefully distilled them to create their own twist on a classic London Dry Gin. Armada gin gives a crisp light citrus forward flavour which develops into a sweet, yet subtly spicy and smooth note. Enough flavours burst from this gin to enjoy it straight over ice. It's zesty without being unnecessarily complicated on the palate.

Named for the Hector's dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector's Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Lemon verbena from Little River, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a bright citrus gin with herbaceous notes and a hint of peppery spice. Zingy and vivacious with a glorious lemony scent. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa. Our gins are a true evocation of this beautiful part of Aotearoa.

Pinot Noir from vines in French Peak Vineyard, syrah, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a vibrant yet velvety smooth ruby red gin with notes of a fruit forward pinot noir. Bright, silky and elegant with a dash of spice. The addition of Waiheke Island Syrah adds a tannic structure to the gin while maintaining a slight sweetness on the front palate.
