This Blackberry Gin is inspired by floral English hedgerows and it certainly shows. The gin takes the berry, which grows in late summer, and combines it with traditional botanicals. This is just destined for a juicy G&T throughout the summer months, and may even make some more warming winter tipples, what with its jammy flavour profile. A hit of piney juniper, with sweet lemon peel, peppery spice and juicy, jammy berries, with a slightly earthy finish.

A seasonal release, celebrating the Chardonnay grape harvest of 2021. With this limited edition bottling it has combined the original Victor Gin botanicals; juniper, lemon, lemon grass, cardamom and coriander, with the fruity, delicate flavour of fresh chardonnay grape must. The distillery is located in one of NZ's oldest wine regions, North West of Auckland. The region is famous for its Chardonnay, so it seemed only fitting that they pay homage to this grape. Champagne made from only Chardonnay is referred to as 'Blanc de Blancs' or white of whites.

A natural matrix of locally foraged rosehip, together with traditional juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon and orange zest, vapour-distilled into their Single Malt Spirit. Non-Chill filtered, a mark of distinction for this special drop.

KI NO TEA was created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879. Based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city, a number if super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. Tencha and Gyokuro provide intense aromas and depth of flavour with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation of these superior teas.

KI NO BI SEI is made with the same intricate production method as the original KI NO BI; using 11 botanicals distilled in six distinct flavour categories. The final blend has been recalibrated the distilling team to bring out the best of each botanical at the higher proof. Although often confused with 100 Proof or 57.1% ABV, this bottling is at the traditional British Navy Strength of 54.5% ABV.

KI NO BI (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. This gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.
