A taste of the tropics! This rum celebrates the sweet taste of Queen Victoria pineapple. These mini pineapples have a fragrant golden orange skin and bright yellow flesh. They are sweeter and more aromatic than more commonly found pineapples, resulting in a delicious rich aroma and complex fruity notes. The natural sweetness of pineapple is balanced by infusing the rum with cassia wood and aromatic cinnamon, creating a well-rounded taste.

The distillation and aging process takes place in the Caribbean where the rum matures in oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years before it is carbon filtered and carefully blended by hand. The result is hints of cocoa and fruit on the nose with a sweet and delicate finish in the mouth.

A showcase of Tahitian flavours, this rum is made from Tahitian sugarcane and the island's distinctive vanilla - Vanilla Tahitensis - unique to Tahiti.
