Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years, on what has now become the cult classic '200 fathoms' - a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout, aged just once annually in Teeling's Small Batch barrels.

Plantation's take on a classic overproof rum, with a combination of Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados rums bottled at 69% ABV. Seven rum-obsessed guys pitched in on this marathon experiment to define the key elements of an overproof rum. Alexandre Gabriel and his team developed over 1000 samples to try, and the crew came together to pick their favourite foundation for the perfect rum cocktail. Don Ramón Mezcal Joven is a transcendent expression of this category of hand-made spirits. Made from 100% Salmiana Agave from Zacatecas, Mexico that has been matured for 8-10 years, this clear spirit embodies the earthen smokiness of mezcal. Navy Strength Gin is an intense but smooth gin, made for cocktails.
