A seasonal release, celebrating the Chardonnay grape harvest of 2021. With this limited edition bottling it has combined the original Victor Gin botanicals; juniper, lemon, lemon grass, cardamom and coriander, with the fruity, delicate flavour of fresh chardonnay grape must. The distillery is located in one of NZ's oldest wine regions, North West of Auckland. The region is famous for its Chardonnay, so it seemed only fitting that they pay homage to this grape. Champagne made from only Chardonnay is referred to as 'Blanc de Blancs' or white of whites.

Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates Bombay's mastery of botanicals. This gin heroes one of Bombay's previous botanicals, the Murican lemon, delivering an extraordinary character with a symphony of citrus notes. The careful selection of the Murican lemon which is hand-harvested, hand-peeled and dried under the Spanish sun is overseen by Bombay's Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti. YEN Gin has undergone years of refining and perfecting by an award-winning mixologist turned Gin connoisseur to develop a balanced drink. YEN Gin is distilled at an artisanal spirits workshop in Christchurch, New Zealand and is produced in small batches.

It is with great pride that Asahikawa distillery made this unique gin on the Northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. The main botanicals - green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice and angelica root - macerate for more than 24h in neutral cane spirit distilled thanks to a copper still with a swan neck to 83% vol. It is then diluted down to 43% vol with water sourced from the Taisetsu Mountains and filtered through charcoal for optimal purity.
