The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Made in old-fashioned pot stills and using corn as the base, Tito's is a naturally gluten free vodka. Their process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but they think it's well worth it. The final product is a vodka so smooth, you can drink it straight.

Green Chartreuse is a French Liqueur made by the Carthusian Monks since the 1740s. It comprises of distilled alcohol aged with 130 herbal extracts.

A great malt which Jim Murray awarded 95 points in his Whisky Bible, this is excellent value for money. The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery, also part of Diageo's Classic Malts range.

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted rye and malted barley. This Thomson have crushed, mashed, fermented and finally double distilled through their copper pot stills. Aged in both American oak and French oak casks.
