Templeton Rye whiskey is a spirit unlike any other. An unmistakable rye whiskey, smooth and spicy with a clean finish. Originally made in Templeton, Iowa during the prohibition era as a way for farmers to supplement their income. Thanks to its smooth finish, the American rye whiskey earned the nickname 'The Good Stuff'.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics.

Growing Wings is the second expression of The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky coming of age. Aged for five years in a single selected ex-Oloroso Sherry butt #101. Growing Wings #101 is decadently rich and delivered at natural cask strength. Dark fruits on the nose, and sticky treacle in the mouth. Opens with water.

Cardrona 2022 birthday Single Malt Whisky release is an exquisite marriage of four hand selected Felton Road Pinot noir casks. With just 1,217 bottles, this expression demonstrates a mastery of both maturation in an extreme environment and world-leading innovation in cask management. Cardrona has developed a revolutionary method to preserve the delicate wine seasoning of locally sourced Quercus robur Pinot noir wine casks, sourced exclusively from Felton Road. To preserve the fresh and vibrant red-fruit notes of the seasoning, we collect the casks from the local winery, landing them in the Cardrona valley within hours of the wine dumping and charge the casks immediately with Cardrona New Make Spirit. The casks have then rested, maturing in the extreme environment of the Cardrona valley. With a temperature variation from -10 degrees C in winter to 40 degrees in summer, combined with zero humidity, and an altitude of 600 metres above sea level, combined with a pristine location of outstanding natural beauty and purity. The extreme environment has melded the spirit into Whisky of outstanding character. These four casks have been selected for their peak balance of spirit and wood. The result is an extraordinary dram from a New World.

Under the watchful eye of Dalmore's Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

An indulgent, smooth Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and aged Tawny Port pipes. The Aroma: Sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits, and sticky toffee pudding. The Palate: Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts, and Java coffee. The Finish: Rich plums, sultanas, Sanguinello blood oranges, and macerated cherries.

In Scots, a "Deacon" is an adept and proficient master tradesman. The Deacon stands as an homage to craftsmanship in all its forms. Created by expert distillers, it brings together single malts from Islay and Speyside, uniting peaty coastal smoke with a softer, bonfire-like mainland character. On the nose, notes of charred orange, sweet malty biscuits, and woodsmoke emerge, followed by juicy orange, delicate spice, and tangy peat on the palate, finishing long, smooth, and gently sweet with lingering smoke. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, whose glow inspires the whisky's striking, ornate bottle stamped with its iconic mascot, The Deacon presents an unconventional yet balanced expression.
