Crafted using an unconventional mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further four years in ex-Bordeaux Red Wine Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% with no chill filtration ensures all the true character of the whiskey is retained.

Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years, on what has now become the cult classic '200 fathoms' - a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout, aged just once annually in Teeling's Small Batch barrels.

The influence of rum casks and higher alcohol (46%) creates a smooth, sweetly mellow, gently wooded marriage that sparkles on the tongue. Heartwarming.

Back in 2010 Templeton set aside a few select barrels of The Good Stuff for extra aging. Six long years later, the wait is finally over. The release of Templeton Rye 6 marks the first new product in over a decade. Templeton Rye whiskey is a spirit unlike any other. An unmistakable rye whiskey, smooth and spicy with a clean finish. Originally made in Templeton, Iowa during the prohibition era as a way for farmers to supplement their income. Thanks to its smooth finish, the American rye whiskey earned the nickname 'The Good Stuff'.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

To create The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky, a marriage of rare Balvenie is transferred to port casks, or pipes, which have held fine port wines. Here it is sampled regularly by The Balvenie Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE to ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, enhancing and developing the single malt whilst preserving its original characteristics.

Birnie Moss is an area of windswept moorland situated close to the BenRiach Distillery and it is this wild place that gives our single malt its name. This fine single malt was the first bespoke whisky to be delivered from the BenRiach Distillery under its current stewardship and heralds a new chapter in production. An audacious first under the guidance and enthusiasm of the distillery's new owners, Birnie Moss is a whisky bursting with originality. Different in style for a Speyside malt, this unique expression wields its peaty, smoky character.
