Lindauer Special Reserve is a drier style wine with a vibrant gold colour. The high proportion of Pinot Noir adds weight, flavour and depth of colour. The Chardonnay adds creamy notes while the Pinot Meunier gives fruit weight and fleshiess. The biscuity, yeast and toasted nut characters are a legacy of extended maturation on yeast lees. Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet is a reflection of the Penfolds winemaking style and philosophy. Sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, the wine is known for its full-flavoured style with excellent Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, firm yet well-rounded structure and balanced oak. Made as a traditional 'Australian blend', the Shiraz component provides fleshy fruit flavour while Cabernet Sauvignon provides a frame of fine grained tannins. Date, boysenberry & sweet cinnamon abound. Pair with grilled meats, lamb chops or charcuterie.

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes this off-dry sparkling is elegant, refined and well-balanced. With delicate aromas of biscuit, lemon sorbet and nuttiness, the palate has layers of creaminess with underlying honey, meringue and grapefruit notes, resulting in a fine persistent mousse.
