This wildly popular premium Rosé comes from the South of France and has been crafted in partnership with a family estate from Provence, Sarah Jessica Parker and Invivo. The nose is expansive, complex and elegant. Guava, orange blossom and lime zest combine to give a lifted yet refined aromatic experience. The wine begins broadly in the palate, seeking all available taste buds, and then expands further with notes of passion fruit, ripe pepper and candied lemon rind throughout the mouthfeel. Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.

The Bergman Chardonnay is a full bodied bold Chardonnay. Stonefruit, melon, vanilla, biscuit and elegant oak all contribute to this complex wine which is totally barrel fermented.
