The dark chocolate of the Shiraz is joined by rich cassis from the Cabernet Sauvignon, with waffle-cone vanilla and finished with silky, mouth-filling tannins.

Golden straw in colour, this Bourbon barrel-aged Chardonnay has aromas of ripe, grilled peach, with hints of toasted marshmallow, vanilla bean custard, and baked spice pear. Rich, creamy, and concentrated flavours of grilled peach, lemon pie crust, graham cracker, vanilla bean, baking spices, and toasted oak lead to a balanced acidity and lingering finish. Aged a minimum of two months in American Oak Bourbon Barrels.

Dark ruby red in colour, this wine opens up with aromas and flavours of ripe black cherry and raspberry. Ageing select lots in rum barrels enhances the notes of baking spice, brown sugar, vanilla, and cocoa when added to the final blend. Dark chocolate notes carry through to a long, lush finish. Pale pink in colour, this Mediterranean style rosé is savoury with aromas of Himalayan pink salt, overlaying nuances of watermelon, persimmon, peach, and wild strawberry. The zesty palate exudes blackcurrant, crushed red berries, sherbet, and a seasoning of umami. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a chalky texture, delivering a mouthwatering, generous, and dry finish.

On the picturesque Gibbston Back Road you will find our Pinot Gris Vineyard. Grapes were hand harvested early morning and fermented in small batches. This youthful pinot gris is then subtlety aged in older French oak, thus adding additional layers of texture and weight to the palate and enhancing those exceptional aromatics and flavours. On the nose you'll find aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and Nashi pear with a vibrant luscious palate and long, zesty finish. Complements rich or light seafood meals and most spiced cuisine, very versatile.
