Nice, vibrant ruby red colour. Sweetly scented and classically "Martinborough" with a nice balance of red cherry, pretty florals and savoury, earthy notes. A delicious array of ripe and succulent red berry/cherry flavours and layers. Lovely spice and quite a lot of fruit and oak sweetness on the finish, complimented nicely by silky tannins and delicate acidity. Nice, fresh and youthful Pinot Noir expression. Great drinking now and will cellar nicely for 5 plus years. Food match with braised rabbit pappardelle.

This is a new look at Pinot Noir through a white wine lens. Central Otago Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and quickly pressed then fermented as white juice. The result is a fresh and energetic white wine perfect for summer and something a little different. The nose displays red apple, honeysuckle, and strawberry. The palate is sweetly fruited, fresh and lively, with notes of red apple, melon and a touch of spice. Best to serve chilled.

Nola's Tawny is produced from high quality red grapes that are aged in wooden barrel's exposing them to gradual oxidation and evaporation. As a result of this oxidation, Nola's Tawny mellows to a golden-brown colour. Nola's Tawny is hand crafted following a very unique process that has been passed down the Nola family for generations, creating a great taste of aged Tawny, whilst encompassing a rich mellow port nose. Nicely balanced sweetness, with well-rounded richness and depth.

Dark and brooding, but handsome and stately, Soho's Neo-Noir Bobby pushes the Pinot boundaries a little. Standing tall, oozing dark cherry and plum indulgence with truffle, spice and toasty oak with subtle dried herb complexity. Matured in French oak Barriques with 25% new oak, only the best for their handsome Bobby. A muscular stance in a velvet coat, and so deliciously moreish.

The grapes are hand harvested from the Southern Valley's sub region in Marlborough, matured in french oak, the wine has minerality upfront with a citrus backbone, underlying french oak is giving complexity and structure.

Enticing aromatics of white peach, pear and honeydew melon combine with a bright palate laced with quince, nectarine, and orange zest flavours. A cool climate Pinot Gris, dry in style showing sweet fruit flavours balanced with fresh acidity.

Rabbit Ranch Chardonnay is made to express the very best of Central Otago's cool climate, unique schist soils and grand vistas.
