TWR's aim with this, their classic style of Sauvignon Blanc, is to put 100% effort into making a wine that silences all the doubters and which restores faith in this region and the amazing quality of the wines from here. This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend from specially selected vineyards in two different sub-regions of Marlborough and is all grown and made by The Flowerday Family.

Akarua Rosé has a Pale Pink with clear hues. Brightly aromatic with cherry blossom, rose petal, perfume, pear, peach, and strawberry. A rich entry with vivid fruits of ripe stone fruit, strawberry, raspberry, nougat, biscuit, and lime. The palate is dry, medium bodied with vibrant acidity, lovely concentration, and weight. The wine finishes long with a touch of cranberry.

Te Kahu means 'the cloak' in te reo Maori and refers to the mist that envelops Giants Winery in the Tukituki Valley. Legend has it that this mist was used to protect a mythical Maori maiden from the sun as she visited her lover Te Mata. This is a wine of richness and an abundance of black fruit flavours and a long structured finish. Deepest crimson red. Brooding aromatically with notes of cassis, black olive and dried tobacco enveloping a dense core of blue fruits. The wine has a lovely focus on the palate with dark fruits framed by fine tannins to deliver a classical structure with an excellent future ahead.

The cool yet sunny environment of Craggy Range's Te Awanga Vineyard near Cape Kidnappers allows the development of intense Chardonnay flavours in the grapes, captured using traditional winemaking techniques seen in the Chablis region of France. The wine's colour transforms into a pale straw hue, instantly evoking the coastal essence of the vineyard. The bouquet carries hints of oyster shells, sea spray, and cashews, further reinforcing its seaside character. A sense of vibrancy and freshness on the palate is complemented by lively acidity that doesn't compromise flavour. The taste of fresh lemon curd and subtle oak adds richness and makes for a delicious and invigorating palate.

The sun-drenched Terrace Edge descends sharply to the Waipara River, creating an exceptional place for growing organic grapes. Terrace Edge truly believe that premium wine is first hand-crafted in the vineyard. The beautiful, concentrated fruit is then transformed into artisan wines through gentle, traditional winemaking. This Syrah offers splendid fruit purity and perfume, it shows Black Doris plum, blueberry, violet, olive and toasted almond characters on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate that's refined and plush. A burst of vibrant summer berries greets the nose, with lively notes of strawberry, pomegranate, and watermelon on the palate. Balanced juicy acidity is complemented by intense flavour while maintaining an elegant delicacy. The finish is zesty, refreshingly dry, and lingers beautifully.

The wine shows attractive brambly, blackberry-like ripe fruits along with spicy and exotic complexity. The palate is rich and textural with salivating soft tannins.

The growing conditions in Marlborough mean that it is well-suited for the production of world class Chardonnay. A relatively cool climate results in a long, even growing season which is great for flavour development. This means that TWR can make a style of Chardonnay which balances concentration and complexity, whilst retaining the finesse that a higher natural acidity brings - which is unashamedly the style they like to drink!

Aromas of raspberries, cherries and strawberries. This is a powerful Pinot Noir with earthy and savoury characters of wild mushrooms and spice with a touch of smoke and a long lingering finish.
