The classic Henkell Trocken is fresh and fruity with hints of ripe pear and green apple and the finish is crisp clean and lively.

The palate is generously full and fruity with plush velvety tannins that lead on to a lingering tangy aftertaste. While ready to drink on release we expect this wine to improve for several years and live for well over a decade with careful cellaring.

Very French and lively on the nose, bouquets of good dry crunchy fruit with characters of supple spice, apples and subdued cinnamon, peachy elements and sweet smelling clovey punch. Straight onto the palate with crisp apple and nectarine flavours, heightened profiles of rich cashew and toasty, yeasty brioche, simple almond characters with complexities of mint, confectioned citrus and vanilla.

A vigorous and elegant nose, where the liveliness of its aromas stand out. Its exceptionally fresh and fruity bouquet delivers a unique palate: robust, lively and persistent. Served plain, chilled or with ice, it is excellent as an aperitif or equally delicious at any time of the day. A versatile and fresh wine, great with both a vast array of desserts and with cheeses of medium strength. Enjoy it with a strawberry and yoghurt mousse, a red berry clafouti or a Camembert millefeuille with raspberries and rosemary.

A vivid golden-brown colour. The aromas of ripe fruit are abundant on the nose, with appealing notes of vanilla. On the palate it is delightfully fresh with a marked fruity character. Velvety, round and remarkably engaging. Served very chilled and with some dried fruit as an aperitif. Perfect with desserts that include caramel, coffee, apricot and dried fruit or pair it with caramelised walnuts, tiramisu, hazelnut meringue pie and mild cheeses (such as Brie).

Balance is the golden rule with the Chapoutier Pays d'Oc Rosé. The musts undergo very little racking, in order to develop the wine's volume, yet maintain its freshness. 100% pressed Rosé, its floral on the nose and clean on entry. This Pinot Rosé displays a lovely red rose petal, whilst the aroma talks of ripe raspberry and strawberry notes. On the palate the wine leads with dry textural red cherry, developing into a richly textured mid-palate; brambly raspberry notes drive the finish of the wine.

Whispering Angel is today's worldwide reference for Provence rosé. Made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), its pale colour is pleasing to the eye and draws one in. Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicate mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a nice mineral finish. This cuvee honours King Louis IX, also called Saint Louis, who contributed to the development of France's greatest wine-producing regions during his reign.

A seductive combination of blackberries, blueberries and sweet black plums intermingled with roasted chestnuts, cloves and dark tobacco - rich and exotic with hints of lavender and rose petal. The palate is generous with ripe fruit, fine tannins and a delicious spicy finish.
