BY.OTT is an elegant extension to the Domaines Ott range, and a truly Provençal wine with conviviality and friendship at its heart. A delicate peach-coloured robe, shining and radiant. The nose, highly expressive with notes of nectarine and rose, evolves towards pomegranate with a hint of fresh almond. Full-bodied, the palate balances between luscious aromas of yellow fruits and the tang of grapefruit, leading to a lively finish carried by citrus zest. The wine offers a pleasant length. All of the great Domaines Ott tradition in a friendly and elegant wine.

Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.

A pure expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir. Luscious and fruit focussed with great flavour and concentration. Aromas of red cherry and wild berry combine beautifully with enticing red and dark fruit flavours, lovely brown spice and soft supple tannins. Cellar for 4-6 years or beyond - Perfect match with game, pork or lamb dishes.

This wine is fine deep tawny colour, with complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs. On the palate, rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed and a luscious long finish. Taste slightly chilled to appreciate the full complexity and sensuous pleasure of this wine.

This 10 Year Old Port is smooth, well balanced and mature and is ready for drinking now. Dow's 10 Years Old Tawny has a bright tawny colour. On the nose brimming with aromas of candied fruit and toffee, beautifully combined with some mature ripe fruit. On the palate vibrant nutty flavours, perfect balance and with a lovely long finish.

Ghost Town Syrah is handcrafted in very limited quantities. Blackcurrant raspberry and sandalwood notes sit alongside cassia bark and sweetly scented spice elements in the background

The nose is bright and intense with sweet red fruit and hints of cassis. Aromatics are tempered with notes of fennel and coriander seed, the palate unfolding with flavours of ripe red fruits and fresh blackcurrant.

An incredibly consistent wine since the early 1980s, they've had a dream run even by their lofty standards with four of the finest vintages ever in succession.

This wine has been made utilising the traditional techniques which have made the Chardonnay of the Burgundy region in France so famous. Pegasus Bay thus adopt a hands-off approach so that until the last, or blending, stage, the wine has largely made itself.
