Maturity adds extra dimensions to this top-notch Marlborough sparkling wine, without compromising its freshness. Toasty complexity is folded through apple, citrus and creme patissiere characters in delicious balance, and the palate is ultra-smooth, long and fine with a savoury, dry signature.

Sparkling with straw colours and gold hues, this exquisite méthode exhales aromas of crisp gala apple and wild strawberry complimented by nuances of brioche and toasted pine nuts. In the palate, soft creamy bubbles lead into a rich weighty palate balanced by fresh youthful acidity.

The vines originate from a Heritage clone of Syrah brought to New Zealand around 150 years ago. Produced from the gravelly soils of the Gimblett Gravels, this distinct Syrah shows an aromatic lift of floral and pepper aromatics with lushness and elegance on the palate. Deep red with a purple hue. Tremendous aromatic lift, with lavender and sweet cherries rising from the glass. The palate has significant density but a perfect balance that already encourages drinking.

A vibrant style of Pinot Gris with an attractive texture. Fresh yet elegant. Aroma is filled with delicate white flowers, nashi pear, white peach and red apple with a touch of cardamom and clove-like sweet spice. The shape starts with the fresh acidity followed by a juicy textural element from the gentle sweetness and barrel aged portion. The hallmark Pisa minerality cuts through nicely on the long finish.

Crimson is our selection of fruit from younger parcels of vines from our various vineyards on the Martinborough Terrace. In their youth, vines tend to be more fruit expressive, gaining more complexity with time. Now, Crimson is developing more depth of flavour, with a mix of vines aged from 5 to 20 years.

The Gimblett; is traditionally made from a blend of grape varieties. The Cabernet family gives structure and fresh aromatics. Merlot gives richness and mid-palate weight with Malbec helping with complexity, density and colour.

Youthful, clear, bright pale gold colour. Summer orchard fruit aromas with white blossom and lemon brûlée. There is a sea spray edge lending a sense of freshness and purity. Malty/ baked biscuit smelling oak adds a warming bass note.
