So it's no surprise our Clayvin Vineyard in Marlborough's Southern Valleys is the cornerstone of their premium wine programme. Certified organic, this north-facing hillside vineyard is nurtured with meticulous hands-on viticulture following biodynamic principles. The clay soils, varied root stocks and high density planted 30+ year old vines reduce vigour and promote root structure, delivering highly concentrated fruit with great structure, tannin and minerality. These wines deliver exceptional, pure expressions of the Clayvin Vineyard which they're proud to share with you.

This Zinfandel is a bold wine grown from some of the oldest vines in California. Gnarly Head's untamed vines produce full-flavoured grapes, dense with aromas of blackberry bramble, juicy plum, and toasted oak. This medium-bodied wine boasts a balanced acidity and supple tannins for those who like big wines with a little attitude.

This softly textured medium bodied Merlot is accompanied by a lovely plummy nose, that leads to a wine that is layered with ripe black fruit flavours, supported by wild berry characters and soft gentle tannins.

Star anise, juniper and hazel nut liquor flow across dark cherry and continues with chocolate espresso like flavours that combine with dense, tight tannins that show direction and velvet to silky texture that continues driving into a very long and fulfilling finish.

The award-winning Grant Burge Meshach is our flagship Shiraz, only released in vintages of outstanding quality, handpicked from near century old vines from the famed Barossa Valley. The fruit for this wine has tremendous concentration and intensity, making Meshach a powerful, yet beautifully balanced wine.
