The wine finishes with savoury structural tannins enveloping the wine. Dark cherry flavours flow right through the structure and finish the wine with a flourish.

Mansons Farm Pinot Noir is hand crafted in very limited quantities. Medium ruby red in colour with a bouquet of black cherry, savoury brown spice, and notes of baronial flower. On the palate, a dense, dark berry entry and hints of spice are supported by an elegant tannin structure.

Produced from Central Otago fruit this is a wine with spicy red fruits on the nose. Medium bodied with red cherry and currant notes on the palate. Enjoy with all manner of duck dishes.
