Generous yet elegant this wine has an abundance of ripe sweet plums, dark berries with pepper and spice and integrated smooth supple tannins.

The name MiruMiru translates to mean 'bubbles' in Maori. The fruit was gently pressed with low litres per tonne extraction. The resultant juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks before undergoing full malolactic fermentation. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier parcels were kept separate, blending just before tirage. The nose exhibits light yeasty characters with peach and citrus aromas. An elegant palate showing a blend of peach/citrus chardonnay components followed by the light berry fruits of the pinot noir. The mouth filling mousse completes the palate that is full and persistent.

Old vine Mendoza Chardonnay from Hunter's Rapaura vineyard. Fresh hand-picked nectarines and apricots with a subtle nuttiness create a delicate and elegant finish. The Hunter's Offshoot Chardonnay can be enjoyed now but will continue to develop over the next five years.

Hunter's Rosé shows a traditional pale pink colour which alludes to the fresh summer berry aromas of strawberry, raspberry and red plum. The palate is full and round with a long crisp finish. The mouthfeel is wonderful and expresses summer to the senses. It's the perfect summer wine!

The refreshing multilayered palate exhibits a blend of ripe tropical fruit, sweet herbs and citrus flavours.
