Discover the evolution of MiruMiru Non-Vintage, Hunter's premier Marlborough sparkling wine. Now a distinguished label crafted over two decades. The nose exhibits light yeasty characters with peach and citrus aromas. Stored on lees for 18 months the wine has developed an elegant palate showing a blend of white peach and citrus Chardonnay components followed by the light berry fruits of the Pinot Noir. The mouth filling mousse completes the palate that is full and persistent.

Jane Hunter loves pink bubbles, so the decision was made to create a MiruMiru Rose. Wonderfully blush pink colour. Aromas of subtle strawberry and raspberry with a touch of fresh brioche. The palate is refined with freshness and balanced acidity. Blended from Pinot Noir 77% and Chardonnay 23%. This traditionally bottle fermented wine was stored on lees for 48 months.

Hunter's premium handpicked chardonnay from 30 year old vines and aged in French oak barrels on lees for 12 months. Offshoot Chardonnay displays stone fruit and citrus aromas on the nose, complemented by hints of toasted almonds and subtle vanilla oak. Chalky characters carry through to the palate, where a creamy, elegant mouthfeel integrates seamlessly with fine French oak. This wine shows excellent structure, balanced fruit weight, and a refined, lingering finish. Enjoy now or cellar for up to five years to allow further development and complexity.

Hunter's Rosé shows a traditional pale pink colour which alludes to the fresh summer berry aromas of strawberry, raspberry and red plum. The palate is full and round with a long crisp finish. The mouthfeel is wonderful and expresses summer to the senses. It's the perfect summer wine!
