Deep purple in colour with intense berry fruits and lifted spice on the nose. This typical cool climate Cabernet blend is full bodied and classic. With blackcurrant, blueberry and boysenberry notes, a plummy backbone and fragrant earthy spice. Enjoy now or will certainly reward with careful cellaring. Cabernet Sauvignon providing lavender aromatic's with drive and intensity on the palate, Merlot providing red fruit aroma's and roundness and structure and Malbec with a hint of spice.
Dense in colour with loads of ripe red fruits, black pepper, and spicy oak aromatics. The palate is loaded with rich red plum and wild berry fruits, and shows well balanced tannin and a silky smooth yet savoury mouth feel.
A blend of Corvina 50%, Trebbiano di Lugana 25%, Syrah 15%, Carmenère 10%. The grapes have been carefully chosen so that, when harvested at proper maturity, they express all the characteristics desired for our rosé.

A tribute to Verona and the 3,000 love messages left daily in the courtyard overlooking the balcony at Juliet's old casa, this is a soft and spicy, velvety red made from grapes pre-dried in wooden trays.
A ruby red coloured wine. Lovely fresh perfumes of currants and wild cherries and hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate it is well balanced with a long, tasty finish.
This wine has been made utilising the traditional techniques which have made the Chardonnay of the Burgundy region in France so famous. Pegasus Bay thus adopt a hands-off approach so that until the last, or blending, stage, the wine has largely made itself.
It has aromas and flavours suggestive of blackberries, raspberries, purple plums, vanilla pod, cigar-box and liquorice. On the palate there is a dense core of bright, ripe, mouth-filling fruit which is supported by an ample tannins.
The palate is generously full and fruity with plush velvety tannins that lead on to a lingering tangy aftertaste. While ready to drink on release we expect this wine to improve for several years and live for well over a decade with careful cellaring.
