Cuvée Brut is an emblematic multi-vintage champagne, elaborated from a blend of more than 100 crus sourced from 3 grape varieties of Champagne. Cuvée Brut boasts a fresh, elegant and harmonious profile. Its nose offers delicate notes of pear, white peach, citrus and orange blossom. The palate also reveals aromas of toasted bread, fresh almonds and mint. Sublime as an aperitif, a champagne for every occasion.

Showing bright aged tawny and a hint of mandarin peel colour, displaying a bouquet of toffee, caramel and lifted brandy spirit. Rich and full bodied showing sweet old wood, chocolate, raisins and rancio characters. Luscious mouth feel, with a long lasting finish.

The wine has a lifted bouquet of black cherry, violets, plum and all enhanced by hints of cedary oak. The concentrated palate exhibits boysenberry, red currant and fine grain textured tannins. Will age well with careful cellaring.

The bouquet showcases red rose, spice, cherry and mulberry, with hints of cedar. The palate is full and generous, showing great texture and mouthfeel, it displays liquorice, spicy black plum, red currant, and blackberry, with a tinge of pepper.

Exhibits aromas of blackberry, raspberry, spicy plum and toffee apple with hints of pomegranate and pepper. On the palate this rich intense wine displays spicy mulberry & ripe red cherry, Christmas pudding and chocolate notes, complemented by a seam of cranberry and star of anise.

Golden straw colour with a matt Lisbon lemon hue. Complex medley of grapefruit peel, pine nuts, oatmeal, delicate white flowers and early summer meadow, constrained only by its youth. Cool, racy, almost pure fresh lemonade juice intensity fills the early palate; steel, saltiness, then more mouth-filling with lemon curd, hazelnuts and an almost sourdough maltiness; finishing long with visions of the sea and grapefruit pith. A sensational expression unique to this place and this vintage.
