The grapes were picked at between 13.5 to 14.0 Baume to produce the fruit flavours that are required to make this great wine. The grapes were fermented in a mixture of vessels to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. Portion of the wine underwent oak during fermentation and once dry, the remaining went to oak until the right balance was achieved. Careful tasting and blending, by Quarisa's winemaker, help produce this wine of style and great value for money.

This is a new look at Pinot Noir through a white wine lens. Premium Central Otago Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and quickly pressed then fermented as white juice. The result is a fresh and energetic white wine perfect for summer and something a little different. Best to serve chilled. Pale champagne colour with a fruity nose displaying red apple, honeysuckle, and strawberry. The palate is sweetly fruited, fresh and lively, with notes of red apple, melon and a touch of spice.

Rabbit Ranch Chardonnay is made to express the very best of Central Otago's cool climate, unique schist soils and grand vistas. The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

This sweet sparkling wine expresses all the aromatic heritage of the Piedmont region. Riccadonna Asti D.O.C.G is a sweet and delicate sparkling wine, but also rigorous in its style. With its bright colour and intense bouquet, it has a floral, fruity and herbal aroma with acacia, white peach, nectarine, sage notes and some tropical hints.

Deep red, purple in colour with aromas of dark berries and chocolate flavours of dark cherry and plum are fleshy and long. The balance of sweet fruit, subtle oak and soft tannins make this wine silky smooth and delicious.
